This time when they play more of Hyunsu's muscle memory returns and he's able to keep up better. It's possible that his monster reflexes help a little, too, once he has a feel for the character and the controls and Hao's play style, though he's not using them consciously. He knows Hao likes to attack and is just trying to focus on blocking and countering effectively.
It's a close match, though, and goes down to the wire but eventually Hyunsu manages to knock out Hao's Chun-Li while his Ryu has like 5 HP left.]
